In the architectural concept of the Tikhomirov residential complex, we have combined architectural universals with a pixelated pattern to create the most modern, but at the same time, relevant solution for years to come.
N.M. Tikhomirov is the creator of the bridge across the Ob River, therefore, as an architectural universal, a modern arch free of any decor was used - a symbol of modernism architecture.
The facade itself is a monolithic volume, directed upward due to its "crown" - a reference to the modernist architecture and metal structures of the bridge. The facade is plastered in brick color, and the brick effect is created by the pixelated letter "T", which is patterned over the body of the facade, making it modern.
The improvement concept uses all the advantages of the relief - with its help it was possible to create several zones isolated from each other according to the types of recreation, which are connected with each other in a cascade.
In contrast to the façade, bright areas and quiet terraces look especially peaceful.
A terrace was organized in the playground area, from which the playing children can be clearly seen - this way parents can relax without fear for their child. Since the terrain is quite steep, we managed to organize a small climbing wall for everyone.
One of the hallmarks of the landscaping is the use of graffiti on the retaining walls and façade - these art installations can be changed by inviting street artists. In this case, the graffiti will never bother the tenants and will always attract the eye.
In the interior of the lobby, we tried to create an atmosphere of home comfort - we hung paintings by contemporary artists, arranged upholstered furniture and floor lamps.
With the help of color, we accentuated the key areas: the lobby ceases to be an association of a “courtyard”, in the lobby you can relax and unwind.
The interior of public spaces was chosen as neutral as possible. The decoration uses background natural colors - concrete, wood, plaster. This solution eliminates the creation of "visual noise".
In the interior of the nursery, muted tones are also used so as not to overload young visitors with active colors.
