Residential complex "MIKHAILOVSKY"

For the project of the Mikhailovsky comfort-class residential complex, we developed the concept of public premises: lobby, storage rooms, hall.  Residents will want to take care of a beautiful, bright space, maintain comfort on their own: decorate their door and hall for the New Year, grow flowers in the hall, bring something of their own to the common space of the hall, turning it into a common living room.

In the projects, the boundaries between the apartment and the usual “entrance” are deliberately erased. Paintings hang on the walls, comfortable furniture and plants are arranged. The storage rooms are equipped with bike racks and places for strollers.
