On June 19, we are going to open the doors of the third Pergaev Bureau office. It is located on the border of Europe and Asia - in Ekaterinburg.
The third point on the map of Russia, from where architectural and design projects focused on the efficiency and success of your business will be distributed under the Pergaev Bureau brand.
There are already more than 80 people in our team and this is not the limit. In the nearest future we plan to outgrow the mark of 100 people.
We approached the creation of a new office in the same way as any of our projects - with a focus on efficiency and using our author's methodology. It is important for us that the interior and working space of the office are going to be our tools in business, and not just a beautiful addition. Recently we have already written about our approach to designing offices using the example of our office in Novosibirsk.
While designing the workspace, we were guided by one of our core principles - transparency. Therefore, the employees of the new office will also work in a cozy open space with a seating and reading area.
Another of our tasks was to create a transformable and expandable space. This is due to the gradual filling of the office. At the first stage, the workload is planned for 8-10 people, at the final stage - 23-25 people. At the same time the office will be comfortable both for eight people and for maximum fullness.
We also provided two meeting rooms with sound-absorbing panels and the possibility of transformation. It was decided to combine the guest area with a small kitchen area. Partitions of meeting rooms will be made of glass.
The new office is located in the Yeltsin Center (Ekaterinburg, Boris Yeltsin St., building 3, office 608).
We look forward to when our specialists will be able to start working in the new office, and we will start creating quality projects with a triple strength. The new office will increase the efficiency of our team by increasing the capacity. And thanks to the favorable location of the new office, we will be able to communicate comfortably with both Western and Eastern partners.
Why are we so sure? Because we approached the design of the workspace from a business point of view. We know that the internal organization of the office affects productivity and both of our offices in Moscow and Novosibirsk confirm this.
This approach is not limited to offices. We will make the interior of the restaurant so that your guest will come to you again and leave a positive review. Solving the tasks set before us, we think from the standpoint of the benefits that each of our architectural solutions in the project will bring. Recently, we even conducted our own study of the effectiveness of our projects.
