GENERATIONS CONVERSATION THROUGH TIME

Eco-village in Bashkiria is an island of civilization in the middle of wild nature, where high service, modern technology and eco-friendly recreation and recovery scenarios are combined for guests who like never before value the time spent with loved ones.

DESIGN METHODS

When creating the architectural concept of an eco-village, we went from form to material, starting from utilitarian “boxing” (spots with the required square), transforming “boxing” for the necessary functional tasks, trajectories and relief, thus giving shape to architectural expressiveness.

All objects are located on the site taking into account the features of the relief: they are either embedded into it or have additional support.

The trees are planted according to the following principles: keep the area away from unattractive views, separate residential buildings from each other for greater privacy and create cozy corners for walking.

ENTRANCE GROUP, HOSTEL, BUNGALOW, GLAMPING, BATH

The project uses simple materials in different forms and interpretations.

Due to them, it turned out to create an understandable and recognizable style throughout the eco-village.

The hostel in the village is designed as an isolated houses: each house has its own mini-terrace. And bungalows repeat the architecture of the hostel, uniting them into a single complex.

There is also a bathhouse for 4 companies. The bathhouse is equipped with a common firebox in the center and separate exits with terraces, so that each of the companies can spend time comfortably.

BEACH, WALKING AREA

The territory of the village is dotted with a network of paths: a variety of walks for guests.

The beach is equipped for various activities: there is a pier,  sun loungers, and, of course, a restaurant, and even a boat station, as well as a sports ground and a walking trail that encircles a small lake - in a word, any vacationer will find an optimal type of recreation for himself.

PARK, MEDICAL FACILITY, SPORTS AND CHILDREN'S AREAS

Points of attraction according to interests are evenly located on the territory of the object, which will not let you get bored while walking, will become a visiting card and a reason to post a photo on Instagram.

The natural relief dictated the location of the workout: it is located on a unique site with magnificent views - on the roof of the gym.

The building of the gym, due to its stepped structure, can serve as additional spectator places on the open sports ground.

The playgrounds are also inscribed in the relief and "layered" on top of each other by stepped terraces: each playground is equipped with a seating area for parents and provides a variety of scenarios for children's games.

FAMILY HOUSES, SUITES, PARK, STAFF HOUSE

Family houses are divided into sections, have entrances from different sides and one common wall: this ensures privacy for guests and reduces construction costs.

Since the natural relief of the terrain throughout the eco-village in Bashkiria is heterogeneous, we were faced with the task of developing the construction of houses that habitually stand on the flatland and fit well into the relief of the hill. We equipped the structure with additional supports, which made it possible to cut it into the hill.

So the living space was raised above ground level, and the guests of the eco-village got the opportunity to relax in a house, into which prying eyes will definitely not penetrate.

Additional privacy of guests is ensured by the special orientation of the houses in space: the windows of neighboring houses do not overlook each other. And for a greater sense of unity with nature, branchy trees have been planted between the houses.

The staff house with a gallery in the center provides each room with a separate entrance.

PLANNING SOLUTION

While working the project of an eco-village in Bashkiria, we were facing the task to devide the territory into two zones- "active" and "sleeping"". Fans of outdoor activities have their own separate zones, which are interconnected.

We have placed the active zones closer to the river so that the noise does not reach the lovers of a quiet and relaxing holiday. There is also a scene that repeats the slope of the hill.

The road and path network forms a kind of loop: you can continuously walk along it with a variety of routes.
