OPENNESS AND TRANSPARENCY

The philosophy of the Pergaev architectural bureau is openness and transparency. This idea is reflected in the interior of our office in Novosibirsk.

To enhance the atmosphere of transparency and hypertrophy the airiness of the space, the coloristic solution is dominated by white.

Bright color accents divide the room into work  and recreation areas, marking them with blocks and stripes of dusty mint and mustard shades.

PLANNING STRUCTURE

The office consists of a main open space, a main office, meeting rooms, a back office, utility rooms and a kitchen.

A large staircase leads from the entrance to the welcome zone and further to the open space, which it was decided to leave in a historic brick. Also, the main office and the back office are connected by an internal staircase to the main space. This technique makes the space more interesting and versatile.

OPENSPACE

The main room, with huge arched windows, is an open space for employees to work. Wide, low sills are seating areas in all work areas. Due to the abundance of atmospheric light and the coloristic solution of the interior, the open space is filled with air.

From almost every workplace, you can see the street and the facades of historic buildings in the quiet city center.

Wood textures in the floor and work tables make the office space warmer and more friendly.

NEGOTIATION ROOM

The color scheme of the large meeting room is different from the rest of the zones.

Since it is most often used to showcase presentations and discuss working projects, there are darker walls framed with white stripes as an inversion to the rest of the premises.

The lighting of the meeting room is functional: when working, our gaze is directed either to the screen or to the table, therefore, spot lighting of the necessary areas was used.

Stained-glass glazing of the meeting room allows you not to block the space, due to which the room visually looks like a part of the open space.

HEAD OFFICE

Initially, we wanted to make three separate offices for the directors.

However, in conditions of limited space, it was decided to make one office with a large desk, at which it would be comfortable for everyone to work. There is a second meeting room in front of the main office. Thanks to the use of glass partitions, the meeting room and the main office do not look like heaps, but, on the contrary, create the effect of multi-layered and planned space perception.
