In today's highly competitive world, not only commercial companies, but even cities have to fight for attention and recognition through the creation of a strong brand. A recognizable image, a brand for the city is an opportunity to attract profitable investments, increase the tourist flow and, of course, a comfortable environment for the life and development of citizens.

For example, Noyabrsk is actively creating an attractive environment for local residents and tourists. Parks are being developed, squares are being built, new points of attraction are being created, the implementation of modern museums and a special object - an art residence for young people are planned.

The architectural bureau Pergaev Bureau has created more than 55 projects in the direction of the Government throughout Russia over the past 12 years, we have solved non-trivial tasks for the improvement of public areas, the architecture of buildings and interiors. Further, we will tell how, after the successful implementation of one project, our cooperation has grown into a comprehensive work on the development of a territorial brand.

Noyabrsk is a city in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District of Russia, the second largest city in the Autonomous District after Novy Urengoy, Noyabrsk has a population of 108,376 people. The city arose as a result of the development of oil and gas fields in the middle of the twentieth century. In fact, the city was built from scratch, there were no historical buildings, the city was not formed for centuries, it arose from a small settlement that existed to support the enterprise.

Due to the underdeveloped infrastructure, the lack of interesting entertainment and the opportunity to productively spend their leisure time, the city faced the problem of the outflow of the young population. Young people are what contributes to the development of the city, a valuable resource that you don’t want to part with. Therefore, the administration of the city of Noyabrsk decided to develop the city, fill it with new points of attraction, parks and art spaces.

One of the first projects that our architectural bureau in Noyabrsk worked on was Noyabrsk-Park. The territory of 50 hectares had to be filled with interesting zones, the road and path networks had to be developed, and a unified navigation concept had to be formed throughout the entire park.

Parks form the face of the city: remember the famous Central Park in New York or Parc Güell in Barcelona! Locals spend their free time in the parks, while tourists come from all over the world to see the unique concept.

In Noyabrsk, we decided to implement the concept of a new urban environment where you can take a walk, have a picnic, go in for sports, and at the same time plunge into the history of Yamal by visiting a modern museum. The concept of a new urban environment in Noyabrsk, like world-famous urban facilities, should form an image of an open, comfortable, trendy, recognizable city that keeps up with the times.

As mentioned earlier, young people from the age of 16 are leaving the city. Now the conditions are such that the city lacks spaces and resources for teenagers and children to fulfill themselves in creative projects. The administration of the city of Noyabrsk decided to use the old building of the "Palace of Youth" to create an environment for non-formal education and self-expression.

On three floors with an area of ​​2497 sq.m. we have designed a souvenir shop, a cafe, workshops, multifunctional halls, dressing rooms, co-working spaces, a ballet hall, a media center, a recording studio. It turned out to be a huge, saturated modern space where children and young people of all ages can find a way for self-realization.
