The urban planning concept is to preserve the quarterly contour of the historically established development while maintaining the permeability of the territory. Wide sidewalks and a city-wide park increase the pedestrian accessibility of the territory due to the location of playgrounds on the stylobate part.
The original location of the red lines formed six separate sections, two transit roads from the street. Petersburg street to the street Novo-Pesochnaya and three dead-end drive. When creating an architectural concept, we proposed to unite the plots, which made it possible to create an integral residential complex with a house territory, towering on a stylobate. Playgrounds for children and adults are isolated from the roadway for greater comfort of residents.
It was also decided to extend one of the dead-end streets, giving a perspective view to the facade а the Republic of Tatarstan Arbitration court. This technique allowed us to obtain three roads with good connectivity. In order to preserve the permeability of the territories, we have added a city-wide park to the architectural project.
The entire residential complex consists of five buildings of different storeys: from six to eight floors. High-rise dominants maintain the profile of the street and shape the perspective of the complex. The stylobate part facing Ostrovsky Street has a large glazing area that forms an active street front.
Residential buildings differ from each other due to facade solutions, while maintaining the overall style of the residential complex. This architectural solution gives individuality to each house, creating a multi-layered urban environment.
